Hi everybody,
My sister recently had an operation to remove pre-cancerous cells from her breast and is recovering well. She needs follow up radiotherapy an she has just received her dates for this however they have also asked she goes in for a CT scan in advance, is this normal does anybody know?

Hi yes this is normal as they do tiny little tattoos like a pin prick to line the machine up correctly nd this is done through a CT scan information. So all normal for radiotherapy. Good luck she willl do fine xx
