I have read a few posts about Letrozole and its side effects, I just wondered if anyone has had pain in the groin area. The aches and pains have been getting worse week by week. I started letrozole in December. Im reasonably active despite the stiffness but everything is becoming a struggle, my ankles and knees feel stiff and sore. I sometimes have a sore back but this is intermittent but today to add to the list of woes my grain is sore. Iv hardly been able to move . I do think a lot about secondaries but on the whole try not to scare myself. If achy groin is part of letrozole then thats ok but its not something im aware of. TIA x
