Biopsy today - multi discipline meeting question

Sounds like you have had a rough day, try & rest a little now ️

All cases will go though MDT & then you receive feedback & recommendations if necessary. It's not easy waiting, I always found it tricky

I'm almost 8 years down the line from biopsy for 2 areas calcifications.  One area was benign the other DCIS.  All biopsy results checked.  I had my results before MDT meeting as they used to like to give asap but with caveat that treatment maybe changed following meeting.

So sorry you’re having a rough time . I’m exactly the same as you at the moment. Lack of sleep and feeling anxious is my life   
Yes all cases have a meeting to discuss way forward. I have my next one tomorrow so I’m like back to being a kitten up an old tapestry!

Its just awful isn't it - im in bits and no-one seems to understand why.

To have to wait another week will be truly awful

Yes you feel very alone at times and whilst putting a brave face on it works sometimes at others you just want to hide away from everyone and everything. I’m going through that atm. Not good 

But although it’s a waiting game you are taking baby steps towards the next stage of your journey and kicking cancers butt

I’m awaiting results of my MRI and my mind is on overdrive. It’s awful. I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this too, but it hEli’s to know you’re not alone. I’m so scared of what I will hear and Im making up stories in my head ‘I’d have heard on the phone if it was good news, they’re waiting to see me face-to-face as it’s bad news’ etc etc. 
I don’t feel I’m functioning well at home and this is just the beginning of the journey…
