Migraines and hot flushes

Hi I've been on letrozole for 6 months and feel your pain. Initially the chemist kept changing my brand and in particular i found one brand gave me terrible headaches, i was all over the place. I'd just get used to one and they would change it again. My gp has now requested the brand that suits me best. Unfortunately the hot flushes are still terrible and I've just learned to deal with them the best i can but dreading summer. I carry a hand held chargeable fan as i find this really helps. The medication your doctor has given you has been offered to me too so I'd be interested to see if that works for you. Good luck

Hi I'm the same have 2 handheld fans they help but sleeping is a problem when you get hot! Will keep you updated on the hot flushes. Wearing menopause clothes and cotton helps. I'm dreading hot summers too take care xx

Yes, i feel like my internal body temperature has completely changed. Feel hot most of the time. Its awful isn't it. Sleeping is hard too. I find I have no normal temperature, always too hot or too cold. Layers definitely help. Take care x 

Hi Stephj yes it's the hot and cold game, I'm taking antihistamine for the itching now it really helps. Appetite is hit and miss.

Pains in joints you name it!!
