Hi, my mum has just had her review appointment with the original hospital she had the operation at. Dhe has not been to this hopsital aince ahe had her successful lumpectomy last year, the doctor explained she would now have yearly mammograms which we knew but the doctor also said the surgeon had instructed a scan for something else, now at the time I thought he said valves buy now I'm doubting myself, I did ask at the time was this routine and he said yes. I'm just wondering what ever scan this is, why is it just been mentioned now when the surgeon has not had any contact with my mum since the operation last year ? Thank you
