Hi I wish there was more thought about diagnosing breast cancer. I had a biopsy before Xmas, confirmed triple neg invasive lobular cancer early January, then MRI for shadow spotted on right lung, early Feb thoracic CT, surgery delayed again as required lower body CT scan, today, which is two months since biopsy. Why don’t they do full body CT scan, when suspect something else could be going on after MRI on breasts? I’m very thankful that the radiographer spotted the shadow and investigated my chest x ray results in October which were reported as clear and no further action, when re checked the shadow was there in October. The waiting and anxiety is very difficult, sorry to moan, but there it is.
