My left arm is much worse lately, and I've already waited 8 months for a referral for massage. Does anyone know if a good option in the London area I could go to?
I'm sorry you are going through this. I can't help as such, just offer a few thoughts....
Could you ask the Macmillan Nurses on here if they can help to chase up treatment or could refer you elsewhere and my other thought is, there is a facility within the NHS (I've not used it, but do remember seeing it online and I'm sure others on here have used or mentioned this service) - its called 'Patient choice' where you can choose where you have treatment - this way you can enquire as to waiting lists etc.
Sorry I can't be more helpful, I'm sure others will step forward with other thoughts and suggestions ..... and I've just thought there are the centres called 'Maggie's' - they offer treatments and may be able to help. I can't recommend any of these as I've not used them.
I was thinking with Maggie's based at Royal Free Hospital if you are able to talk to these and put across your situation - the people here might be able to help or guide you.
Link to Maggies based at Royal Free Hospital is here :

I hope this helps in some way xxx
