I have got a date for the DEXA scan, a friend told me it's okay but the list of instructions seem a bit daunting to me! I'm really glad I have a date at last!
Thanks ️ I think it might be the journey to the hospital which is the hardest part then!
Yes as others have said a Bone scan is fairly straightforward as you keep your clothes on. Remember not to wear anything with metal in, including bras.
Easy leash and you lie down and they tell you to move a certain way and take pics and all done. A breeze.

Hi It is fine I was worried as very scared of enclosed spaces but the machine moves over you rather than you going in it. I did have to have radio active inserted through canular before having this and same for Muga scan on heart. You will be fine x The hardest scan I had was MRI very uncomfortable and noisy. X
