I'm new here. I will get my biopsy results on Thursday, however my mammo gram and ultrasound were M5, U5 so I’m expecting the worst. I’m trying to stay positive and not worry but it’s so hard. Love and best wishes to you all.
So sorry you’re having to go through this, I remember the waiting was so difficult and it’s natural to be a bit anxious. I hope the results are good, but if not, there is so much that the drs can do, and we are all here to listen and support each other. You’ll be in my thoughts and prayers.
Hi LondonGirl, the waiting is awful and sorry you have to deal with all this. I hope all your results are ok and even if there is something there have been many advances in breast cancer treatment so things are hopeful. Will be thinking of you. Barbara
I got my biopsy results 2 weeks ago. I’ve seen a consultant breast surgeon and I’m having a wide local excision to remove the two cancerous areas within my right breast (they were micro calcification’s) in a few weeks time.
The NHS have been amazing so far and I know that there is so much that can be done nowadays. Praying that your results are benign.
If the result isn’t good, there is so much help and comforting advice on here that will help you on your journey.
