Hi, it means I am a volunteer with Macmillan and I keep an extra eye in the posts on here, make sure people are being signposted to the right areas for advice if needed and check for any questions that are outstanding. I had to apply and do some training and I love it as it's a flexible way of giving back. Hope that helps explain a little more.

Don't think its only you with problems with navigating this site - it happens most times when they do 'user friendly' upgrades ..... and most times we all see that the site is harder to navigate around, we type posts and they disappear, we log in and start typing only to be asked to log in again ..... the site needs to go back to plain and simple ..... I mean we upgraded from a 'like' button to getting a 'react' button... with Like, Love, Sad, Hug...... we are allowed to be click 'sad' but they don't think we should have a 'laugh' button....
Yet we can use emoji's like this.... 
but a quick 'laugh/happy' button isn't suitable .....
On the plus point there is currently a survey that you could take part in - your comments might just make a difference .... I've just completed it, I've been honest as I believe MacMillian really do need to know how the people 'using' the site see the site compared to the people paid to create the site, I'll see if I can find a link to the survey ..... found it thanks to latchbrook - I have set it to open on a 'new page' so you don't loos this page too.
