Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with breast cancer. While I didn't have a mastectomy I noticed that you haven't had any answers yet so I thought I'd reply to you to move you back to the top of the discussion.

Hi. I had mastectomy with immediate reconstruction and I'm really happy with it. I'm still waiting for the rest of my treatment as mastectomy was done first in my case.  Reconstruction is such an individual decision. Take your time and do what is right for you xx
