Does anyone know if Abmeciclib is a trial test on people or is it safe
Hi, a 2 year trial has recently finished for use in people with early BC, it was already in use for advanced cases.
It was approved by NICE for use by NHS June/July this year. The trial data etc is online if you have a look there is a lot of info there
I started it a couple of weeks ago as at high risk of recurrence.

Hi, yes I am still on it,bivsaid two weeks but I meant two months lol
Main side effects so far are tummy troubles & my white blood cell count was low at the end of month 1 but ok to carry on with tablets
