Lipoedema and Oestrogen reducing medications

Hi 

I have Lipoedema among other things, amd I am currently on Letrozole but struggling with the side effects and the Oncologist soad if I don't cope I will be switched to Tamoxifen, which she didn't put me on originally as have had blood clots in the past. The nurse after Radiotherapy suggested Tamoxifen might make my.lipoedema worse and to avoid it. Does anyone have any experience of lipoedema ans these drugs.
