After what seems a long 5 months I am at the end of Treatment apart from the unwanted hormone therapy. My question is..... once i get my follow up appointment with the oncologist. Who can I ring if I have any concerns the oncology nurse team or the breast care team? Or do I have to visit my gp first?

As far as I know anything breast related eg new lump your breastcare team, anything treatment related eg Hormone therapy your oncologist..
