Just found out that TNBC is back after 4 years.
Waiting for appointment for CT scan to see if it's spread beyond the breast.
My thoughts are all over the place.
Felt so bad having to tell my family yesterday, especially my 90 year old mother. She lost one of my brothers due to a brain tumour and my other brother is in a home with advanced Alzheimer's Disease.
I'm the only one left. My grown up children live too far away to offer any practical support.
I feel for my husband who has enough on his plate already.
Don't even know what to write.
Hi Cannyannie, so sorry that you’re going through this and that you’re back on the ‘waiting for appointments and results’ rollercoaster. You already know all the stuff about ‘better once you know what you’re dealing with’ but the waiting is still tortuous. And it sounds like you and your family have a huge amount to deal with as it is. I hope your scan appointment comes through quickly and that the results are as good as they can be. Sending love and a big virtual hug your way, HFxx
Hi HappyFeet1Thank you ever so much for your encouraging words and virtual hug.
Crying as I type.
Xx

Hello Cannyannie, So sorry to read that you are on this cancer path again. I am sure your feelings are up and down right now and I am praying that your CT will be a positive report. You’ll be amazed at how strong your Mom will be. I was diagnosed last year and one person I wanted to talk to was my Mom but she passed years ago. Always was able to comfort me.
Get your comfort from all those good people who are there for you and remember we are all rooting for you too.
There are new treatments too.
Barbara
