Aching joints and muscles on bisphosphonates

Hi, I a, sorry you're struggling with side effects, I read about this a lot on here so you’re not alone. It might be an idea to talk to your oncologist about switching brands as some ladies have said that this has helped them. Best wishes

I’ve already changed from letrozole to exemastane because of itching that was awful.

thankfully the itching has settled!

I agree.  These Hormone blockers are a stumbling block for so many.  Every time I get a symptom I look it up and see if it is one of them.  I am on anastrazole and my skin has gotten very dry, dry mouth and lips at night so bad my lips are stuck together.  Have been putting cerave healing ointment on lips and it helps.  Dry eyes too.  I cannot complain too much but have been on med for 3 1/2 months.  There is always a good and bad to meds.  Good muck

Me too.  Miss that estrogen.  It is tough but doable.  I know of many women who have done it.  Some are very blessed and no symptoms.  Lucky ones.
