I'm really struggling with fatigue which is causing me high anxiety. I'm finding it really hard , feeling depressed and crying a lot. Anyone got any tips as to how I can help myself.

You don’t say what treatment you have had or at what stage you are in your treatment so these tips are generalised.
Try to drink lots of fluid if you can. Eat a good healthy diet.
Rest when you need to. Divide up tasks so even if you spend 10 minutes on something that is an achievement.It sounds counter intuitive but a little light exercise can really help…. A walk around the block or 10 minutes in the park can invigorate you..
Dont be afraid to ask partners or friends for help.
If you feel overwhelmed call the Macmillan helpline or drop into a Maggies centre for a cuppa and a chat.
