Anyone taken the above - it’s a chemo tablet.
would appreciate any replies.
Thanks Trentender
Hi Trentender
I was put on Capecitabine after my operation as there was some cancer left in one of the two lymph nodes that my surgeon took. I had eight cycles of the drug two weeks on and one week off for six months. I had to take 8 tablets while on Capecitabine, 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening before going to bed as I was advised to leave 12 hours between each dose of 4 tablets. I didn't have any problems while taking it. I used a salt and water solution to rinse out my mouth after every meal. I also used body cream on my hands and feet to prevent my feet and hands getting sore and it worked for me.
Wishing you the best of luck with your treatment.
Best wishes
