Sorry to hear that you are struggling to find a protheses that you can use during the hot whether.  While I don't have that problem I thought I'd check in with you as you haven't had any answers yet.  Hopefully someone will be along soon with an answer for you.

Hi I am wearing my softie I got after op . My other so called lightweight prothesis is still too heavy and hot x

Have you tried a been-a-boob? I love mine and have almost never worn the hospital one.  It's made with small beads so has some weight to hold in place, but isn't heavy and is breathable.

It hasn’t reached the dizzy heights of France here yet and up til now I’ve not had problem with silicon prostheses but being leg cup have problem on healthy side . One thing that has helped is going back to underwired bra . I stitch pocket ( buy online ) in place in a way that boob stands slightly away if that makes sense .

also if necessary  will add a expander to the fastener to make band a little bit bigger .I find Knitted or softies like to come up to chin for a chat
