That’s good to hear that it wasn’t too bad. My first one is on Monday, I’m also worried about the breath holding, I’m ok on the time but apparently really bad at not moving my diaphragm! Cant say I’m looking forward to it but it will be good to get that next stage over.
Hi it was the amount of times I had to do it, in the end I picked a spot to concentrate on was singing a song in my head lol. I found it made it a lot easier as the more I concentrated on thinking I can’t hold it the worse it was.
Hi, second one today was a bit easier, it’s because mine was on my left. I think it was because all I thought about yesterday was the breathing, I didn’t think about it so much today.
not as positive as I sound lol, trying to not let it get to me, some days are better than others
