Elbow and arm pain. Should I worry

Ah ok, I've only had my chemo on the 14  march got told I need a pic line my veins in hand are not good.

It feels like now like a sore muscle ache.

Oh dear, yeah definitely mention it , I'm not really sure what to recommend as it's sounds like your suffering alot so wouldn't want to give any advice as  I wouldn't want to make it worse.

I do my excersises still from when I had my lumpsectomy in January just to keep my muscles mobile.

Could always ask them if it's worth doing excersises  x

Hi yes sore when moisturising and if I straighten my arm. If I keep arm bent it's not sore. 

I have had this throughout my chemo and had my picc line fitted after round 2 as I knew my veins were suffering very taught and sore and painful when I move the a certain way I have to be careful what I lift or do still got it even now I’m on round 5 the nurses don’t really say much about it and say it may improve . I haven’t Hurd if anyones advice really so sorry I can’t help with that 

I’ve had similar but I have a PICC line (11 weeks) - I then got some slight swelling in forearm.  Although below PICC they did ultrasound to make sure it wasn’t clots then a couple of weeks ago tge swelling was noticeable in my hand as well and the conclusion is I have some Lymphoedema which I am a little gutted about.  It’s not a huge swelling but maybe and not sure if it is related to the initial pain that you described or not but maybe something to look out for.  Take care 

Ok, same as me. All I can say is it went away for me eventually as soon as I stopped the EC chemo. That’s a bad one for vein pain
