Hi, I started taking Letrozole 3 weeks ago and after a week found I was getting bone pain, not severe and not constant but enough to be irritating. It's mainly in the collarbone but also ribs and shoulders, does anyone else get this?
Thanks
Pain in joints and muscles is very common on aromatase inhibiters. I get sore feet but that wears off as soon as I walk around. My bad pain is in my wrists.
They told me to give it 6 months and feet pain has definitely eased off in that time.
The brand of pill can make a big difference too so keep a track and you may find you're better on some brands than others.
I know someone that was on letrozole for 5 years and they said once they came off it, the pain went, so that is keeping me going!
Thank you for replying, it’s not bad pain so I can live with it - I think this diagnosis has turned me into a hypochondriac, I question every niggle x
I am the same !! I have started having oncology counselling to help. Only been once xx
