I’m sorry you’ve got such a difficult decision to make. I wasn’t given a choice about what my treatment was other than reconstruction options. At that point I asked the question I tend to in situations where I’m not really qualified to answer. Ask your breast consultant  ‘if you were me, given all of your experience, what decision would you make?’ and don’t allow them to not answer. I always find it shocking that they expect us to decide these things, all the best to you x

So sorry you're in this position. I agree with Anna, I would ask your consultant for their recommendation, or at least to detail the pros and cons of each option.  These decisions are really tough, sending best wishes
