Day 6 Post TCHP (Phesgo) Rash?

Sorry that you are having this bother after Phesgo. I get a day 6 reaction to this drug combination too. I was on separate Herceptin & pertuzumab infusions to start with and switched to Phego after around 7/8 cycles. I get as big swollen neck and lower face. Several cycles ago my onc added in loratadine and Piriton tabs to control this. They didn't stop it but did moderate it. Then four cycles ago I had a more marked reaction again and also more immediate this time (After 1day). The onc spoke of stopping treatment but I was very reluctant to cut it short. I now get IV steroids and antihistamines half an hour before the Phesgo and still take the Puriton and lorqtidine tabs. Now back to reaction on the 6th day. While it is a bit unsightly it is not alarming. The First time I had the reaction I was sent to A&E as they were worried about my airway, 

The onc said that this is rare reaction but not unheard of. Make sure that you tell your team before they give you any more.

Thanks for your reply & your story, I have taken photos and will discuss with my oncologist on the 7th March before cycle 3/6 on the 9th.
