Has anyone noticed an increase in resting heart rate after chemo? Put my fitbit on and resting HR is higher than usual. Usual 60 - 70, now 90 x
Hi, yes, mine was in the 80-90 range through much of my chemo and is usually around 60-70. I didn't get it checked out to be honest but if you're concerned, have a chat with your consultant. Best wishes
Yes I had a week of high heart rate, tachycardia it was pounding at 108 bpm!! I rang the unit and they asked me to get an ECG done at my G.P which showed sinus tachycardia. It settled after a week back to my normal 75-80. I had Docetaxel but it may be the Phesgo as that affects the heart. It was my first in Jan have my 2nd on Weds am dreading the side effects again…..!!! Good luck X
Yes I had increased heart rate and heart palpitations just lying in bed, I found it difficult to sleep on docetaxel. I was also breathless with it.
