Has anyone else had side affects drinking alcohol since starting treatment?
I was diagnosed in Nov and op on 5th Jan for lumpectomy and bilateral mamoplasty and sentinel node biopsy and recovering well with chemo starting soon.
I’m on Letrozole and have had 3 Goserlin injections as pre menopausal but for last 2 months after 2 sips of any drink, wine, beer or gin I get hot flush, come in out in rash and generally feel unwell! Just at a time when I can do with odd glass of wine I’ve had to become teetotal!
Thanks for replying, from further reading I think it’s more the Goserlin/Zoladex that affects it, so just need to stay teetotal
