Hi.Im about to start Tamoxifen.Im low risk as the caught really early and had lumpectomy in Dec 2021..Im still anxious as Im agoraphobic and have high anxiety levels..What time of day/night best to take it...Thanks
Hi I'm not sure but I don't think it matters so long as you take it about the same time every day. I used to take it during the day but would sometimes forget so I switched to taking it at night just before going to bed. I didn't notice any difference between taking it during the day or at night.
personally found it better with dinner in an evening. I started in a morning on empty tum before breakfast but was often then feeling a bit sick so after approx 5 weeks I switched. Also as some mornings I didn't feel like breakfast it made it worse whereas I always make sure I eat dinner. Trial and error perhaps but as GodWilling says as long as you try and take it at the same time every day then you'll be ok x
