Spread into oesophagus

I have invasive lobular cancer in both breasts.

I'm waiting for the results from a CT scan but I'm pretty sure that it has spread to my oesophagus and chest wall.

Has anyone else gone through this?

I am terrified as I have read that this type of cancer often doesn't respond well to chemo. I have also read that the survival rates are low once it has spread.

Anyone?
