I am waiting for my first chemo on Thursday and am worrying that due to possible lickdown restrictions that it will not go ahead. Does chemo carry on during restrictions or lickdown.
Yes, chemo will carry on. The NHS are protecting cancer patients above all else. I had chemo last Winter (Oct to Jan) and didn't have a single delay during chemo. My oncology department always felt like a very safe place to be, no-one allowed in unless you were a patient, temperature checked when you arrived.
