My tumour is grade 3 too, and I've had a lumpectomy and am now half way through chemo. You're right about 'grade' and 'stage' being different, and if you take a look at this link it explains the difference in grades and staging:
Thank you for that Lou. It's clearly explained it. Now I've read that it is what the consultant told me, but at the moment of diagnosis you just don't take it all in properly do you.
