Hi there I was just wondering if anyone had tried CBD to reduce joint pain as I am in so much pain right now. I just want to try something to make it bearable. Thanks x
Hi Casput, so sorry to hear you are in so much pain it must be awful. Pain is so draining and exhausting. I don't have an answer for you but by replying to you it will bump you back up to the top of the list where this time someone who can help you might be around to see it and reply.
MacMillan has some info on it HERE that is probably worth reading before you decide.
Some ladies find they have problems with taking hormone therapy but that as the months go by things subside so if you haven't been taking Anastrozole for very long try and hang in there a bit longer and see if things do settle. I'm on tamoxifen and my oncologist told me that any side effects might take 6 months to settle.
Some ladies also find that changing brands makes a big difference to their side effects so if you can't hang in there and cope with the pain you are in maybe try switching brands but ideally I think if you can you need to allow 6 months - do check this with your medical team.
Also do make sure you let your medical team know how much pain you are in, in case they feel it's severe enough that they need to intervene. Don't suffer in silence.
Hope you manage to get this resolved soon.
x
