Hi,
I had 6 biopsies from a lump in my left breast 9 days ago. I haven't experienced any pain, but I've had a painful infection from surgery due to cervical cancer and that has possibly hidden any breast pain up until now. Thankfully I'm on the other side of that infection.
All day today I've had a painful throbbing in a small area on my sternum. Could this be from the biopsies and is it normal?
Thank you
Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community
I don't know if what you're experiencing is normal, as I had a different type of cancer, but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. This is probably because this is such an active group that it has slipped off the first page before someone with the right experience has seen it. By replying to you it will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list.
If you still have this pain it might be an idea to contact your BCNS tomorrow or NHS111 today for more advice.
