Hi all, I've just been diagnosed with a 110mm x 80mm DCIS area. I'm waiting for LICAP and AICAP surgery in a couple of weeks. I'm really keen to know what I can do now to prepare, was it easy to tie shoes, do I need front fastening tops etc or is there more movement than I'm thinking. I'm an organised person and just want to make sure I have everything I need ready. What cream are people using, how quickly can I shower, I guess I might get told that during another appointment. I've looked at bras but a bit lost on easiest. I'm only a size B now so do I go up or down a size for post op, any replies would be appreciated
