I've been told to buy some post op bras.
I'm not sure which type, where from etc etc
Any advice? Do they need to be very tight? Big straps?

I found this one very comfortable after my lumpectomy. It was good for sleeping in and for daytime wear and looked OK under t shirts. I used it again after radiotherapy when I was a little sore. Hope that helps.
