LICAP Surgery

Hi everyone, 

I am new here and wondering if anyone has experience of LICAP surgery?  I am 4 weeks post op and wondering if the moved tissue will ever feel relatively normal?  It’s very hard and tight at the moment and pulling my nipple over. Otherwise everything is healing fine.
