Lump in the armpit, metastatic lymph nodes originating from the breast tissue although no breast tumour has been located. No other organs affected. Advised Phesgo, Docetaxel and Carboplatin to be followed by lymph nodes dissection and radiotherapy. Seems to be very harsh treatment.
