  1. Its about 3 years since my surgery. I had a lumpectomy, level 3 auxiliary node removal  cavity shave followed by chemo then radio. Tamoxifen and abemacciclib. I am getting discomfort under my armpit and by my ribs. If i cough i get a pain near the scar site. I have really hard scars and lymphoedema in the treated breast. I had a feel and its more sore than normal. Thd last mammograms showed calcification and no sign of disease. I am worried but too scared to phone breast care. Im on my 3rd month of exemestane could that be causing the pain. Its a devil for my knees and elbows they throb like all the time and my hair is so thin. I am scared of giving mum more worry as i was diagnosed with heart failure in december. Rant over x

Welcome to the forum, I'm Daisy53 one of the Community Champions on this forum.  Sorry to hear that you are getting discomfort under your armpit and ribs and that you were diagnosed with heart failure. Whenever you feel up to it it would be a good idea to ring your breast care nurse to explain your symptoms to them and they should be able reassure you.

    Best wishes
