The hospital gave me cream. Zero base moisturiser which I still use 6 months after radiotherapy and betnovate which I was to use for 2 weeks after radiotherapy. I didn’t have any problems with dry or sore skin.
I used Aveeno during and for a few weeks after radiotherapy as that was often recommended. Now I just use any body lotion as part of my usual routine. x
Hi, the hospital gave me flamogel, then once the 2 tubes were finished-i moved onto organic aloe vera gel ( about £5 per tube from e-bay). Haven't had any skin issues at all, but used the gels religiously 3 x daily for a couple of months, then reduced to twice daily for a few months and now just once per day. It's 7 months after my radiotherapy, and my boob can still feel a bit warm, so I will keep on with the gel for a while longer yet.
