Small solid white nipple discharge.

I do not think you are being neurotic. It’s natural to feel the way you do given your dealing with ovarian cancer. Visit your GP or speak to your cancer team I’m sure they will check for you and refer, it will put your mind at rest. 

Thank you. I’m actually at the oncologist later this next week so shall ask the nurse. 
I think you just lose confidence that things are going to be ok. 

Our minds take over and we always think the worst.

I had a hard rough nipple for weeks put moisturiser on and the found very very small pin prick size dots of blood.

It’s probably nothing but put your mind at rest and get it checked.

I hope you've had your appointment already but just wanted to say i've had this type of discharge just from my right one and pointed it out during my last mammogram which is why when I got the recall I guessed it was about that.  It wasn't and I had BC in my left breast.  I'm told the white discharge is normal.
