Hi,
I’ve had a pink/red patch on my breast for 6 months that has spread, with firm, shiny, dimply skin and visible pores. My axillary nodes have been swollen for 5 weeks, and there’s some upper arm discomfort.
I was first referred by my GP in August 2025, with upgrades/downgrades, and my red-flag referral was confirmed 29 Jan 2026.
I’m anxious while waiting for my urgent appointment and would love to hear if anyone has had similar symptoms and what their experience was.
Thanks for any support.
I had different symptoms but wanted to reply to welcome you to the forum, and also by replying it will bump your thread back up to the top. This is a busy forum so threads slip down and have less chance of being noticed. Hopefully someone with similar symptoms will reply soon.
It’s horrible waiting for appointments, it’s a very anxious limbo stage. I hope your appointment comes through quickly. Keep posting here and let us know how it goes. Sending love and a big virtual hug, HFxx
