Hi Geeen78
Welcome to the forum, I'm Daisy53 one of the Community Champions on this forum. I'm sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The diagnosis can change after you've had your operation as they may find cancer in one or more of the lymph nodes that they take. Even if it has spread to the lymph nodes breast cancer is very treatable. I've had Breast Cancer twice and both times I had lymph node involvement, the second time it wasn't discovered until after my operation. I have since made a full recovery and I have been cancer free for just over two years.
Wishing you the best of luck with your operation.
Best wishes

Hi
I was pr and er positive and HER2 negative following biopsy’s. I had surgery and the diagnosis then changed to HER2 positive after the tumour was tested. So I went from surgery and radiotherapy to surgery, chemo, radiotherapy. I am also having zometa infusions and take letrozole.
