I have been diagnosed with Dcis from my first mammogram. I had my lumpectomy surgery 4 weeks ago and was booked for my results yesterday. I got to the hospital to find no results back yet. Has anyone else had this. I had got myself all geared up too.
This also happened to me, was told 4 weeks and it was actually 5 before they had all results.. It messes with your head, but try and and stay positive and trust the process..
So glad your up and at them again, it’s a rollercoaster, don’t forget to be kind to yourself..
It does make a huge difference, when someone has the same thing happen, moral support is amazing!!
I actually had appointment at breast clinic yesterday and all is going well, it is amazing the care and continuity I’ve had, fingers crossed you are having the same!
