Just needed to off load a bit. I've been coping quite well with my mum's diagnosis, she's had 4 weeks of chemo so far. Tomorrow I'm taking her to have her head shaved and her wig fitted.
This part, neither of us are ready for. It's now getting more real, if that makes sense? She's chosen 2 beautiful wigs and also a head scarf

i have had cancer twice since 2012 and the most difficult part was telling my two daughters . It’s heartbreaking .
on May 11th this year we are all taking part in Race for Life for Cancer Research . It means si much to me that my family have and still are supporting me .
Be proud of yourself and continue to be at your mums side . It will mean a lot to her and help her fight this battle .
