mastectomy bra Inserts

Please could someone give me some advice what the best inserts for bras are. I was given two by the NHS which were so expensive but I find them so heavy and clumpy. Has anyone found any that are light an comfortable

Help us do whatever it takes, because we’ve never been needed more.
