I had similar surgery to you then letrozole (later changed to exemestane to try and avoid side effects) plus twice yearly Zometa infusions. I’m now also taking Ribociclib
The letrozole and exemestane both led to joint pains and stiffness, with Exemestane slightly less awful. Once I get moving though the stiffness eases
I had pretty dramatic after effects from Zometa - serious shivering, terrible headaches, jaw ache and increased temperature for several days.
Ribociclib has left me very fatigued and increased the frequency and severity of the headaches. During the “week off” the side effects reduce dramatically.
