Hello . You can try different brands ? I found Amarox suited me better than KEY But I still get side effects . I take tart cherry and magnesium, walk a lot and do yoga . Joint pain isn’t too bad . Please speak to your BC nurse x 

I will do , think the brand I’m on is key.Im taking vitamin d3 and will give the others you suggested a go

I was on key and it was awful . They all have slightly different ingredients . It’s a minefield . Sorry , yes I take vitamin d but take it with k2
