Menopause

I'm sorry to hear of your diagnosis...I'm the same diagnosed with breast cancer, stopped my HRT and now back in full menopause.   Dry and itchy skin has been a massive side effect for me too and a lot of insomnia so I'm interested in any suggestions people have too 

I have been to my doctors today who has prescribed something (I pick it up tomorrow) so I’ll let you know how that goes! I also discovered today that we can all get free prescriptions, just fill out a form from the chemist and get your doctor to sign it, otherwise it was going to cost me £20 a month for the next 10 years!!!
