Recall mammogram

Hi everyone, 

had my 1st mammogram just under 2 weeks ago and received a recall letter. My minds racing and I’m thinking the worse. I’ve got a week to wait and it says on the letter that I can ring the nurse. Would they tell me anything if I did ring or am I just going to have to wait until my appointment? 

  • Hi, please don’t cross any bridges before you come to them.  I worried myself sick after being recalled after my first mammogram.  I had calcification so was monitored for a couple of years but all was ok.  A lot of people recalled are fine.  Hope all will be fine with you too.  

Help us do whatever it takes, because we’ve never been needed more.
