Overloaded & emotional rollercoaster of a week

Just had a very busy week. 3 dressing change appointments for my leg ulcers, repair man coming round to sort out our bath, my support worker coming to help with the decluttering, an appointment with the medical oncologist, and an appointment to have Solodex inserted (to put me in a medically induced menopause). Spent a long time trying to get my Letrozole from the hospital pharmacy only for them to have to deliver it the next day because the Onocological Pharmacist wasn't getting back to the hospital pharmacy with their approval for it before their shift would have finished. And to top it all off I couldn't get the antibiotics my GP prescribed on Friday because they were out of stock & there was no way my son was going to be able to keep lifting my wheelchair in & out of the car any more that day (he'd already done it quite a few times and was exhausted). Saturday I was exhausted. And today (Sunday) most chemists are shut. I'll still get told off for not having gone round other chemists trying to get it at my next dressing change (on Monday). There is other stuff too I am supposed to have already got done but I just can't get motivated too.
