So emotional how do you all manage

Hi, I’m sorry that you are so upset. You haven’t given any detail, but all of us have been in a position where we were completely shocked, frightened, feeling out of control, or emotionally upset. If you feel able to, a few more words from yourself will help someone to respond to you. There are lots of kind, supportive people on here. Xx

Oh bless you. I can assure you that we all have our moments. Is there someone you can talk to?  Do you have an assigned nurse? There is so much hope and help out there. Try and tell us a bit more and I guarantee someone here will be able to help. Sending you love light and hugs. Xxxx

Yeah I'm emotional person anyway menopausal and this wow 

Breast cancer just had my second chemo treatment today so far felt ok as in no side effects as of yet last week I was just waiting for them to happen
